If you are expecting a baby girl and have dreamed of creating a special room that will be the perfect, feminine nursery for her, you can’t go wrong by choosing the Olivia baby bedding collection by Glenna Jean.

If little girls are sugar and spice and everything nice, this bedding collection is all that and more. You really would be hard pressed to find another set that is as decidedly feminine as this one is.

While the picture here is nice, it really can’t begin to do justice to the beauty this bedding set is when you see it in person.

It begins with a crib quilt made of silky fabrics accented with velvet and trimmed with flowers, beautiful embroidery and satin ribbons, finished on the edges with a beautiful coordinating satin rope trim placed over a bed skirt of flowing crinkled taffeta that puddles on the floor.

The optional diaper stacker is made of the same crinkled taffeta as the bed skirt.

The matching bumper pads are embellished with flowers and embroidery as are many of the other accessories and are the perfect complement to the quilt and bed skirt.

This collection is sold as a four piece set that includes the above mentioned quilt, bed skirt and bumper pads as well as a matching crib sheet.

There are a number of equally beautiful accessories available. The musical mobile that plays Brahm’s lullaby is just precious with ballerina bears complete with tutus and satin slippers dangling from a beautifully embroidered canopy.

There are several different throw pillows that coordinate with the bedding and a cute set of three embellished hearts to hang on the wall of the nursery.

Also available is a memory board, drapes and sheers and even a cute little child size chair and ottoman.

Like many products, baby bedding from different companies may have the same name. Olivia is also the name of a bedding set pictured here that is manufactured by Trend Lab.

While this set of Olivia bedding has a feminine feel and is definitely meant for a baby girl it is not over the top girly like the selection from Glenna Jean.

Instead this set gives little girl bedding a more modern feel with it’s pink and brown color combination.

The flower strewn crib quilt is edged with a strip of pink fabric and then a wider strip of brown striped fabric.

The bed skirt is done in the brown stripe and is edged with a strip of the pink fabric.

A coordinating vine print is the fabric used for the crib sheet as well as several other accessories.

Matching window valances are a combination of the vine print and the striped fabric.
